For the AudioLink team. Internal TestFlight build.
About 5 minutes, one-time.
Get TestFlight from the App Store (it's how Apple distributes beta builds).
Open the PEP invite — <TestFlight invite / link>. (Internal testers are added automatically; you'll also get an email.)
Tap Install on Pep.
In TestFlight, turn Automatic Updates ON so you're always on the latest internal build — we ship often.
Open Pep → tap PEP FOH or PEP IEM.
Paste a venue license, enter your name, tap Activate.
Grab a venue license from Ron (kept out of this wiki). A Full (PEP1F…) license opens both products; an IEM-only (PEP1I…) opens PEP IEM and shows "Full license required" on FOH. One license works on any number of phones.
First voice use: iOS asks for microphone + speech permission — Allow.
PEP FOH: "What's channel 1 at?" · "Bring the vocals up a touch."
PEP IEM: pick the monitor mix (loads live from the board), then "More kick in my ears."
Voice mode: the round button, bottom-right — hands-free.
No Tailscale needed — the app reaches the venues directly now.
These point at real, in-use mixers — test outside services/rehearsals, and lean on "undo" / "put it back." In voice mode PEP asks you to say "confirm" before silencing the mains.
First message after idle can take a few seconds (the brain warms up); it's quicker after. We're actively speeding this up.
Send what broke, what felt slow, and what you were doing to Ron.
